Im amazed by the atmosphere that the apartment its self has i been here since may and i can say i was not disappointed the rivers view the double side window to keep the noise out awesome i appreciate how the people interact with one another like we are all one big happy family plus it’s spaces unlike another the price and assets that come with its is by far my favourite not alone how shantelle And Kayla help you if you have any problems so i would recommend you check it out for yourself

Rooms are huge! My review is more for the IMMACULATE view seen from each room daytime and night! The water is so soothing to get your walk, run or just chill out with your DOG! The staff are all awesome and attentive to your needs! They have an awesome pool as well to swim away the heat lol …. Come be my neighbor you won’t regret it!

For a community built in the 60s the new carpet, cabinets, hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances are impressive updates for these apartments. some things are dated, but again they have truly done their best for an older building! large patios, package lockers, new gym, updated clubhouse, laundry and trash chutes on every floor, intercom, controlled access and more. location is great. walkable to so much of historic and new ghent! I toured 3 different units before signing a lease. HUGE shoutout to Terrell in leasing and Nate in maintenance; they both have always been especially quick and helpful problem solvers. so communicative and welcoming before i even signed my lease + of course ever since i moved in - thank you to your entire team. I love being a resident here!!

From the first viewing, to move in day, everything was on point and easy. I commend the staff at Pembroke Towers, all of them for their professionalism, honesty, and effort. This was by far my smoothest transition to date, especially with two kids in tow. Congratulations to all of you for running a first class operation.
